WarnFire operational SMS alerts

WarnFire sends transactional incident-response alerts to on-call responders who explicitly ask to receive them.

How consent is collected

  1. A responder asks their organization’s authorized WarnFire administrator to enable SMS alerts for the responder’s mobile number.
  2. In WarnFire, the administrator opens Configuration → People → Manage, enters the responder’s number, and checks an unchecked confirmation stating that the responder explicitly requested recurring WarnFire operational SMS alerts at that number.
  3. The confirmation states that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and STOP and HELP are available.
  4. WarnFire then sends SMS only when the responder is reached by an incident escalation configured by that organization. WarnFire does not use this consent for marketing.

Messages and choices

Messages identify WarnFire by Simon Says Systems and describe an infrastructure incident or escalation step. Message frequency varies with operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@warnfire.com. Consent is not a condition of purchasing WarnFire.
